I needed a waterproof rain jacket, and this one (the Antora jacket) from The North Face fits the bill. The Large size is perfect, it's cool for light layering. We walked outside in a downpour and this jacket kept me nice and dry. The only downside is the lack of pit vents for ventilation, however the positive rain resistance makes up for that.

I live in StLouis so we get all kinds of weather and except when it's really cold or really hot this jacket works almost year round. It repels water and wind completely. Easy to transport n carry. Never hot when you wear it inside. High quality materials and construction and fit is great. Love the vents in the front and elastic cuffs. I would buy these again and again...and I have!

A great versatile Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fell in love with the Antora Jacket as soon as I opened up the package. Put it to the test , great for hiking, protect's in windy and wet conditions, the water repel's right off. Awesome shell goes great with any North Face fleece. It's just like a mountain light. Lots of compliments on the olive color. Would definitely buy another one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit, quality of material and design is excellent. I only wish NF included snaps on the inside to secure a dedicated fleece. Be advised they the hood doesn't roll up into the collar. Good value otherwise.

My new favorite light jacket!! Would have been better if it had an internal pocket for my cell phone.

The sale price was nice, and the reviews helped me choose the right size. The jacket is light, packed easily, and kept rain beaded up on the jacket. Loved the colors, hood was full coverage, and pockets were roomy.
